Shipping Policy

US Orders over $50.00 ship free within the United States!

All items are shipped from our St. Louis, Missouri location by United States Postal Service (USPS).  Non-personalized items ship within 2 business days of your order being received. Personalized items take up to 5 business days to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number as soon as your package is officially on the way. Although we can't guarantee any delivery time due to postal system issues, holidays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, please know that we are trying very hard to get your special package in your hands ASAP!

International Customers:

All international packages are shipped by USPS International First Class mail. You will be provided with a USPS tracking number, although USPS does not always post tracking information once it is out of the United States. USPS First Class packages generally take 7-14 days to be delivered but can sometimes take 21 days or more to arrive.
